Crispy Sausage Rolls

These sausage rolls are delicious and you get TWO!
For 1 serving
2 sheets filo pastry
2 teaspoons butter - melted
1 sausage - boiled
½ onion, sliced and sauté in a pan with a little water
25 grams cheddar cheese - grated
1 tablespoon chutney
- Pre-heat oven to 210°C.
- Brush each sheet of filo with butter and fold in half.
- Slice sausage in half (lengthwise) and lay one half on each
piece of filo.
- Divide the onion, cheese and chutney over the top of the two
- Roll up each sausage in the filo and bake at 210°C for
about 10 - 15 minutes or until golden.
